The Importance of Making Mistakes
The best teacher is your last mistake, basically. That's one of the thing that fascinates me about you because when you think of wisdom, you know that it comes from harsh experience. And I think making mistakes, of course, is the, and accepting that that is the biggest cultural change that we've seen. It honestly began in America, which is this idea that mistakes were not moral failure. No mistakes are how we move forward. You have to make mistakes to learn. We want to have a system that does it.
