How to Do Some Self-Work in a Journal

This is an episode to get you started on the process of self-diloguing. It's just ways to work through things. I use my journal as a place to reinforce positive things, like celebrate things that I want to hold onto and reinforce in my life. And I usually journal every few days or so with a glass of wine. So it can be kind of like the whiteboard for the meeting room that is my mind. This is based on my personal journaling practices. Take what helps and leave the rest.
