How to Build a Collaboration Model

Collaboration's obviously something that I think about a lot because really that's what we're doing with a framework is building a collaboration model. The nature of digital is that it is multi directional and many dimensional, right? So that means I have to talk to everybody in my organization in order to do digital well. Oftentimes people don't have those connectors, right? Traditionally, we've called them project managers,. Or scrum managers or whatever. There's a lot of different organizational names for that dynamic. Sometimes a business analyst might perform that function, right? so digital isn't as great about doing that.
