Do You Have a Discount Program Rate?
When you offer a discounted rate to somebody's clients or complimentary initial assessments for members of this program, I can't emphasize this enough. Do so with a defined timetable on that offer. Set a reminder in your calendar, come back to that conversation on December 1st next year and say, hey, I want to re-up this. But if you take a until the end of time approach, you're going to resent servicing that offer at some point.
