Is There a Market Cap Below That of B S V?

CNN's John Defterios says it seems like there's a very real possibility that this is going right back up to a, to a dollar. But he believes the value of luna will continue to decline after an event like this. He also thinks its temporary because there's just not enough value left in the system for them to really do much with it.
