The Difference Between Formula One and NASCAR

NASCAR is a little bit self-regulating how much the team's put money into the sport. I think what is called spec tracing, what you described, it's like if you see the upside, it's the opportunity as you just said anybody can win. But it ain't give to ask you. It shouldn't be possible that anybody wins just because of luck. There's something I like about knowing. Oh, Max was an underdog two years ago. Lewis is supposed to win. This is dynamic. You know, how would you compare the two?
