And in that moment of pause, you will feel a profound sense of peace. Now in terms of movement, since we're still focused on building internal fire here, you want to think about heat building activity. So yes, we can do running. We could do all kinds of activity, but I want to bring this back specifically to yoga because obviously that's going to be a good way of focusing on this energy center.
