When Anxiety Strikes
When anxiety strikes, what i do is make my only goal being ok again. I just think of someone that's like chillin, like they're a piece,. Like happiness isn't just the opposite of anxiety beause it's not the opposite of anxious. Just being ok and not being in fear is the opposite of Anxiety. That's what you want to focus on. And when you feel ok again, you really have to store that feeling and remind yourself that.
