Making a Two Crust Pie in the Summertime
A crustate or gallette is a one crust pie with a relatively small amount of fruit filling. It's easy to do, you can't mess it up, and it's great in the summer. The crust itself is super easy to make. Flour, sugar and salt mixed with the butter form it into a disk for an hour.
