What's Your Time Management Process?

I struggle a lot. No one can give you a job description of what the ceo of the small, bited company is because it's different every day. But i'm really lucky that we have an amazing executive team. And i try to manage time. I try to be thoughtful about it. The board meeting cadence force is not just me, but the rest of the executive team,. At least once a quarter you have to look at the totality and go back to the whats a story of the company here. How do we coherently communicate that?
