Do You Do Speed Work When You're Doing Acceleration?

I've worked with college before, and i've had opportuney work with young club athletes. And just that a but t that critical time period, it's something i'm excited about. Sometimes i think i'm dumb not to treat each thing as an individual entity. If we're doing speed, we are doing speed. If were doing acceleration, we're doing acceleration. Ih, when we're done, we're done. Then we go rest and come back in the afternoon for their a morning or afternoon, depending for the next session.
