How to Fade Overnight Inventory

When overnight inventory is a hundred percent long or short, it's good to try and fade that move. If you can let the market open for a little bit, you'll see that it's just not going any lower than the overnight low. You also have to remember that again, once again, because we're based on 500 stocks, there are market makers that are either long or short to retail from the night before. Right? Because the overnight in the futures is not tied to the S&P 500 because the market's closed. So it gets away and it'll get, you know, it gets pulled back.
