The Application of Experiential Learning in the Classroom
In business, we learned a lot through case studies. We practiced a lot of experiential learning. And it is very useful to have that real life experiences when I taught marketing. The more specific the feedback is and more detailed, the better. For students moving to new countries, you know, in places like the US, Canada, the UK, we always look at this idea, this concept of critical thinking - being able to solve problems independently.
