The Importance of Humor in Nursing

I would just sit with every patient and everything. Anytime someone would die, I'd cry. My heart was broken every day in that place. These nurses and doctors have to develop this thick skin because it's the only way to do your job. You know, imagine your ambulance pulled up to a room full of crying nurses and doctors. No one would get better. Everyone would die.
