IBM's Jim Boulden says there are three or four principles that we should consider when looking at, you know, AI for taking over some of the tasks. He believes highly repetitive and low levels of empathy can be taken care of by machines. The holy grail of replicating human thought is something IBM has made progress with in its labs. But he adds: "It doesn't mean that AI is going to take over entire process"
