Is There a Career Progression Process?
Designers on the block chain have to work in pods of no more than forty five people. They meet once or twice a month for critique from colleagues who know what they're working on, so they're accountable to each other. Some are researchers, some are designers, some are fronting people, some are design thinking people. We kind of mix them up and formulated them into pods that were convenient to their time tones.
