Sitting boundaries is very important with, especially if you use social media as a downtime activity. I used to like feel like there was only so much to go around and that they had a bigger share of the pie. That would then demotivate me. And I would be less likely to create content and less likely to be creative. It's just it becomes a bit of a spiral.
