Should We Overstaff or Should We Be Understaff?
i think it's important when you talk about corporate politics and the work environment, to define it. My definition of politics is people who put themselves before their team, or put themselves before your company. And in anxiety, one thing that brings people anxiety is is politics. What is the difference between environments that don't have politics and environment that do? Company, which d you do? i think there are not much room for politics at my place of work right now.
