Is Dry Hop the Main Driver of Hop Intensity?

I'm, I really struck by the hop character in the spirit. Both of these beers so far have really been enjoyed as if they were on draft. The amount of aroma and flavor and fresh history of the package into this is really mind-blowing. And I'm curious if maybe you could kind of walk us through the dry hopping approach here. How do you get a beer this bright and vibrant in terms of the hop character? Thank you.
