CNN's John Defterios sat down with South African President Jacob Zuma to talk about vaccines and food. He says the Obama administration didn't give Africa enough access to vaccine supplies. But when Biden came in, he said: "We're going to buy vaccines to support you" And so they bought 300 million doses of single-shot vaccines for 70% of their population.
