It's implementing a program based on more than just diet but also exercise and sleep so like lifestyle as a whole. The other part of our research is actually seeing or understanding how we can switch off a person's physiology and switch off these biological protections that come into place when you start dieting now it sort of comes back to the start of the conversation.
