Tommy: I currently lead a growth design team at Paystack. On the leadership side, I work with stakeholders to articulate their requests and then prioritize based on the available resources and timeline. So it's kind of like my role as creative director at ConvertKit. But also I'm often doing design work myself because otherwise, we would only have one marketing designer, which is not enough.
