How Did You Get Your First Meditation Technique?
i started meditating during the last recession, two thousand eight, two thousand nine. And i had lost a lot of money, and i'd invested a lot of time in stock market. So that's actually how i got te meditation. It wasn't traditionally a mindfulness practa, but it was a way of cultivating a new way to be. That forgiveness and myself translated out to other people, and my whole life changed.
