He describes deep anterior superior shoulder pain somewhere between the AC joints and the choracoid, it's very deep down in the joint. The 24 year old rugby player can get a click if he moves too quickly from one to position to another when doing his weights. If he controls it and really thinks about what he's doing he can actually make the click better.
