The Supreme Court Is Acting in a World of 'Checks and Balances'
The Supreme Court just greenlights some heinous racist and violent shit all in the name of war or national security. There's a real deference that you've seen across conservatives for generations to the war powers of the United States government. But what is the point of the Constitution? If it just falls away as soon as there's military conflict, right? Surely the entire purpose of the document is not that you can just say, yeah, we're abandoning it strategically at certain times,. Exactly.
