How Does an Apprenticeship Program Differentiate From an Internship?
There are a lot of jobs that you don't have to work 40 hours a week from the employee it can be on their own time so that can be again if you can have flexible hours for these employees. It's really important to pay them they're not going to get paid at the same rate as a full-time employee but pay them something their time is is valuable and it helps them. There's a whole other park risk of like internship programs it's not just it's not sort of the field of dreams if you gets an intern they will automatically know what to do.
