Anxious people spend so much time with their heads down scrunched over scroll doom scrolling that, you know, those neck problems begin to happen. And then the pain gets interpreted as a heart attack or a stroke or something terrible is really happening. So I spent far too much time having heart attacks. My digestion was really bad as well. Physically is to get constipation, diarrhea, my bowel movements, basically all over the show. The intestinal cramps blow the worst, most frequent one was, but it was bloating. When you're anxious and that fight or flight threat response kicks in, your intestinal tract actually closes in at different pressure points. That releases oxygen into your abdomen
