How I Began My Interest in Conlangs and Developed From There

I'm a professor of linguistic anthropology, an assistant professor. But I teach classes in linguistic biology. So things like pigeons, creoles and created languages. And other ones are more hardcore linguistics. So phonology, morphology, and mathematics. In my intro class, students are tasked where they make their own languages. That was how I began my interest in conlangs and developed from there.
