When he went to the court, the department for education said that they had not used peter clark's report. They said that weve not used testimonies from his report. Well, cutting a long story short, theyd argued this from the outset. Then it transpired, through one of the disclosures at the end, that in fact, thedid they had used a fruset in the formulation of the allegations against the teachers. The department then decided to basically just er, not contest anything, and just withdraw. Rather than come in answer, they basically allowed the cases to be dismissed.
