Hilo: What I look for when you're auditing a product to see where they may pick a starting point, what I wrote down is one, are you just excited to try it? Like is the landing page pulling you in? Two, can you actually use it on your own and just try it? Three, do you get to the aha moment where you're like, okay, I get it, I'm excited? And then can actually buy this on my own? Is that roughly the audit? Is there anything more to that? Exactly. So I also look at their initial first few emails they sent to me because sometimes the email magically can help a lot. Hilo
