People like to say, if you follow this, if you visualize this and do this, then you'll succeed. And that then turns into that sort of really dangerous sort of wellness, the wellness con as some writers have described it. I know there was a great line, Steve Archibald, the Scottish player who played for Barcelona, said, team spirit is an illusion glimpsed in victory. You know, and meaning that there's no such thing as team spirit. There's also a team that wins. Everyone says, everyone sort of pro retrospectively attaches meaning to a lot of the things because the team is winning. It goes into like, do you remember there was a guy?
