The Importance of Intros in Movies
HBO Lovecraft is the source of a lot of these tropes, and we should acknowledge that as with all these sorts of individuals. The design of this movie at every level does a great job of making you uncomfortable, right? Very similar to the way we talked about the rotoscoping,. Just being a great way to make you uneasy at every point in that movie. And then before I move on, one thing I just felt the need to say that's like not super important, but I thought it was really great for mood building.
