This is coming to us from California through the California perinatal quality care collaborative. So what's the question they wanted to really look at the follow up rates in the infant high risk clinic and the factors that might impact completion of the program. The inclusion criteria for the study were infants with a very low birth weight or born less than 32 weeks gestational age between 2010 and 2015. Of that group 10,249 53% then attended at least one visit between 18 to 36 months.
