Is It Better to Exercise Before Bed?

Exercising two to four hours before you go to bed increases your body temperature. And it's the reduction of temperature post exercise, back to sort of like what nlikt it normally would be that also triggers sleep. So then does that mean that if we want to optimize for sleep, we should all be exercising the first thing in the morning? Or is it just working on two different mechanisms?
