What's the Triple Net Lease?

As far as pharmacies go, they're the most stable because they have, some of em have a hundred year history. So lenders love em. You can get in with those, you know, like ten% down or five%. And when you try to get a loan on it, you don't have as many lenders competing to loan out on that type of property. It's hard to dispose of if something happens to it.
