Hanging bent knee ray s would be the one i really would rather you do. It's an abdominal exercise, but also is a poor man's counter practor - it realines the whole body. Some people get this little pop or cracked hip flexers with straight leg race. Maybe it might be too much of an angle, a angletha lover arm is too much. Hell, i don't know what hurts people. I'm outside of collisions. And i've never had anybody have any issues with the betny race.
