Women in Leadership

When you walked into that organization, this was more about you being a woman then your ethnicity, wasn't it? I do believe we had a lot of work to do to advancea people sinking around the capabilities of women and people of color. But really there was a big focus on women. We were just absent. Why do men it so hard to accept women being in charge in sport in particular? I am not a man, so i can't asker that t they do, don't they? Sometimes? I think it's unfamiliarity i sometimes i think it's just basic bias that's been ingrained in people from the beginning,. some time is what's taught to people.
