I think that the broad based sanctions are going to happen, and we'll see how poor they get. The most important thing is actually, except refugees, treat refugees humanely. Don't expel russian students. And there have been people that have suggested spelling. I think both russian and chinese students know ofr this, which is really scaring to me.
