OKRs Are an Enabler
The offer is coded in a fashion which everyone recognizes, and we can then talk about it. I came to see that if you approach them right, and larger, as a bottom up mechanism, that actually are an enabler. And ultimately, the team is defining an API itself. The team is saying, in the next quarter, these are the outputs you can expect from us. So there's a consultative process that goes along with OKRs. No team is an island.
