i think regulators a kind of scrod, not because they're bat at thet job, but because they're too slow as tech is evolving way faster than regulators can understand new te. i 'm actually fairly optimistic that it seems very unlikely regulators will ever catch up to so of the latest cutting edge ono the kc a am l side. If you've full poability and interpability between these systems, you can always escape the regulatory environment. And so i think honesty for the better bet is to regulate at the edge points, like when you go into the traditional banking system.
