Injuries in Power Lifters Compared to Body Builders
If you're doing really high rep training all the time, you're going to want to throw up. If you're using compound lower body movements, it is also very, very taxing,. And that is quite challenging. We've got data on this that, i think, ink supports that position. Is not just my speculation. There's multiple things at play here. It's not like body builders and power lifters the only difference between them is the load they're using. But i would say at least some of the difference in injury rates are probably driven by li odso you probably don't want to just train heavy all the time.
