Are You Deferring to Authority in the Classroom?
The school emphasized deference to authority. They did implement some things to try to address this issue of students feeling like they didn't have a voice and were treated unfairly, as something called the putting up three fingers in what they called the w sign. But it didn't work that will in practice, just because teachers were so busy, so scheduled, and didn't always have that time to talk with students.
