Isaiah describes judah's preparations for war, from their armor to the holes in their defences that they're going to have to shore up. Hezekiah would shore up during his day, which also mirrored the ministry of isaiah. In verse 11 he asks why are you pouring all your efforts into the arm of flesh when if you would trust in god and look to him with the eye of faith, upon his arm is all the strength you'll ever need?
