Most of us lead busy lives brim with obligations and feel we don't have time for anything new, let alone something as selfish as working out. As much as some people would like to think they're too swamped to work out, when they analyze how they spend their every waking minute every day, they discover otherwise. The only difference is they've decided exercise is important enough to be in the plan. For some that requires watching less t v or giving it up altogether. But who said it should be? No matter how difficult or daunting our circumstances may be, there's always something we can do about it. Whether we act is up to us.
