I have to back the city hierarchy in terms of having a strategy long term. I think there'll be a debate around someone like Vincent Company with what he's done at Burnley. There are consequences from Guadiero, because Company would have learned what it means to coach that kind of progressive football on the training ground and get your club pressing hard off the ball.
