The City Hierarchy and the Future of Football

I have to back the city hierarchy in terms of having a strategy long term. I think there'll be a debate around someone like Vincent Company with what he's done at Burnley. There are consequences from Guadiero, because Company would have learned what it means to coach that kind of progressive football on the training ground and get your club pressing hard off the ball. So do you start afresh with a brand new young manager who could be there for another five, six, seven years? Or do you go straight for the kind of continuation? It's the Guadiero 2.0 for three or four years. But I think either approach with the astute investment from the hierarchy in
