What's exciting to me is people who are building their new business thesis around a notion that we will have much more abundant energy in the future as an input to other things. The coolest thing for me is that my BNF colleagues, when we catch up and I talk to them, are doing deep analysis at a market level on stuff that was like guy with ratty ponytail science experiment stuff even 10 years ago. And then the other thing that's exciting is that people are now thinking way ahead in terms of solving really, really tough problems.
