The Multiple Investors Hypothesis Outside of a HEMBA Context?
The multiple investors hypothesis is going to be particularly prominent in a place like Northern Namibia where people are resource stressed. I think that we see it, we see evidence of it now in HEMBA because they are still experiencing stochasticity in access to resources and things like that. But doing the real rigorous kind of testing of a dual mating kind of hypothesis hasn't really been done outside of a weird context. And again, I would strongly say I just don't have to choose one of these.
