Ebby's family says she was diagnosed with bi polar disorder and that she had gone off her medication in the past. She has also prescribed two other drugs, which she was taking for medical conditions that were unrelated to bi polar disorder. Almost everyone we've talked to thinks it's extremely unlikely ebby could have gone down in that pipe herself. There can be 25 people on the radar. Why are they still on there?
