Is It Risky to Declare an Ontological Anarchy?

D'Oleus Foucault and others are considered post-anarchists, even if they never declared themselves anarchists. So why do they admit almost calmly quietly that something like an ontological anarchy exists? And why do they freak out when it comes to political anarchy? You know, this is something I don't understand really. Yes, as soon as subjects are radically equal, beings are radically equal. There's a kind of imminent movement of equality. It is very risky. Rosier would be more on the side of the collective destitutant power than democracy.
