Introduction

The 20th anniversary of the death of Dr. David Kelly, a famed UN weapons inspector in England. A public inquiry was announced into that death the very next day by the UK government. And that inquiry eventually returned the verdict that Dr. Kelly had indeed taken his own life committing suicide with 29 co-proximal tablets and slashing his ulnary artery with a pruning knife.
